Herron Engineering Going Green

Herron Engineering Ltd. have invested in a hybrid energy system that consists of a 250 kVA wind turbine and 50 kVA solar panels, used together in order to provide a greater balance in energy supply to run the factory in a more cost efficient and environmentally friendly way. This makes us one of very few Irish companies that are using renewable energy, generating power for our factory and feeding the excess power back to the grid.
